Stud Services

Our stud services are offered under specific contracts outlining responsibilities, fees, and guarantees. Clients must comply with all veterinary and breeding standards. Fluffy King Kennels is not responsible for outcomes outside the agreed terms. We reserve the right to decline stud service requests if health, safety, or ethical concerns arise.

Financing Options

We may offer financing plans through third‑party providers. By entering into financing agreements, you agree to the terms set by the provider. Fluffy King Kennels is not responsible for financing approvals, denials, or disputes between you and the financing company.

Health and Guarantees

All puppies are sold with veterinary health checks and vaccination records. While we strive to ensure the health and quality of our puppies, we cannot guarantee against future illnesses or conditions beyond our control. Any health guarantees will be outlined in your purchase contract.

Ownership and Responsibility

Once a puppy is purchased, ownership transfers to you. You are responsible for the care, training, and well‑being of your puppy. Fluffy King Kennels is not liable for issues arising after ownership transfer, except as outlined in specific contracts.

Returns and Buybacks

We may offer a buyback program under certain conditions. Buybacks are subject to kennel approval and must comply with health and ownership standards. Refunds or credits will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis.
